DESCRIPTION:Dear TASS members\, \nWe are delighted to invite you to the Annual General Meeting for 2023 of the Telugu Association South Sweden (TASS) on behalf of the Board Members and Advisory Team. \nDate: Sunday\, December 17\, 2023 \nTime: 16:00 PM – 18:00 PM CEST \nLocation : will be notified a week before the meeting. \nThe Annual General Meeting holds significant importance for TASS as it provides an opportunity for members to come together and engage in important discussions. During this meeting\, the annual report\, including the auditor’s report\, will be presented\, giving members valuable insights into the progress and achievements of our association during the last financial year. \nWe strongly encourage all members to actively participate in the meeting and raise any questions or concerns regarding the AGM resolutions or any other relevant topics related to our association. We value your input and aim to foster open and constructive dialogue during the meeting. \nIf any changes or amendments need to be made to the constitution/Stadgar\, please submit them to the TASS board by December 1st\, 2023. Please note that only motions submitted by members will be accepted and discussed on the day of the AGM. Requests made on an adhoc basis will not be addressed. Additionally\, there will be a comprehensive Q&A session to discuss all matters presented on the agenda before proceeding with the formal elections. \nWe sincerely hope that you will seize this opportunity to contribute to the discussion and make the most of the insights shared. We eagerly look forward to meeting as many of you as possible at the AGM. \nRegarding the vacant positions\, we would like to inform you that the Chairman and Vice Chairman positions are currently open. However\, the positions of Cultural Secretary\, General Secretary\, and Treasurer will remain unchanged according to the existing team. The board has already received self-nominations from potential candidates for the available positions.
